1. About Vinyl Health
Vinyl Health is a consumer medical app that helps you record, organize, and manage your personal health information. The Service enables you to request copies of your medical records, document your care experiences, and use artificial intelligence tools to summarize or interpret health information. Vinyl Health does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any health concerns or conditions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Vinyl Health. By using the Service, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

6. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our software or content.
7. AI Features and Disclaimers
Vinyl Health uses artificial intelligence to help summarize, organize, or interpret health information. These tools are designed to assist—not replace—professional medical judgment. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies. You agree not to rely on these tools for medical decision-making or emergency care.
8. Subscriptions and Payments (if applicable)
Certain features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. By subscribing, you authorize Vinyl Health (or its payment processor) to charge your payment method according to the plan you select. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your App Store account before the renewal date. Prices and terms will be displayed before purchase and may change with notice.
9. Termination
You may delete your account or stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if:

Vinyl Health is not responsible for clinical outcomes, medical decisions, or reliance on AI outputs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vinyl Health disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vinyl Health and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we were advised of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the Service during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vinyl Health and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in Kent County, Delaware, unless prohibited by law.
