Vinyl was founded by Dr. Kaitlan Baston, a nationally recognized physician, former New Jersey Health Commissioner, and former President & CEO of University Hospital in Newark.
From practicing primary care and addiction medicine to running a safety-net hospital in one of America's densest and most diverse cities, she watched the same problem over and over again: People leave the exam room or hospital unsure of what to do next. Meanwhile, their families struggle to help from the outside.

Justin brings over a decade of Active-Duty U.S. Air Force leadership as an Aerospace Physiologist, plus experience delivering health and wellness solutions for Fortune 500 clients.
