    Dr. Kaitlan Baston is a nationally recognized physician and leader in integrated care. She recently served as Commissioner of Health for the State of New Jersey where she guided statewide public health strategy and policy, and then served as Interim President and CEO of University Hospital in Newark, the State’s safety-net hospital and Level I trauma center. With her background in primary care, addiction medicine, and health system leadership, she ensures Vinyl Health remains firmly grounded in patient needs, while driving meaningful transformation of the health system.

    Nilesh brings deep expertise in product management, marketing, and growth across healthcare and cybersecurity. At Vinyl Health, he shapes our product and growth strategy—reaching people directly, building trust through everyday use, and creating a foundation that risk bearing entities and employers will want to extend to their members.
